Something needs
to change.
But what?

Before you invest in marketing,
know what needs fixing first.

Before you start
pulling things apart.

A new brand? A better website? More marketing? You know something needs to change. What’s less clear is where to begin.

Mayd takes an experienced look at the whole picture. We find the problem beneath the problem, then work out what needs fixing, what can wait and the right order to tackle it.

The Brand & Marketing Review

A fresh pair of eyes.
A clear way forward.

I get up to speed.

A short questionnaire and a review of your website, sales materials, marketing activity and selected competitors.

I come to the conversation with a picture of your business and the questions worth asking.

We get around the table.

A two-hour working session to explore where the business is going and whether your brand and marketing are keeping up.

We look at what has changed, where things feel disconnected and what deserves attention.

I make sense of it.

A concise written review with the main issues, recommended priorities and an order for what comes next.

Plus a 30-minute follow-up to talk through the recommendations and your questions.

Let’s work out your next move

Your review. Led by Mandy.

Big-brand experience.
An eye for what
your business needs.

I’m Mandy Hall, founder of Mayd. I’ve spent more than 20 years across brand and marketing, with experience spanning Virgin, Michael Hill, APN News & Media, Retail Food Group and Compare the Market. Yes, the meerkats.

Since founding Mayd in 2016, I’ve helped growing businesses make sense of increasingly complex offers, sharpen their positioning and build brands that reflect the business they’ve become.

That breadth matters. What looks like a website problem can be a messaging problem. What feels like tired branding can point to a business that has changed direction.

My job is to see the connections—and help you make a sound decision about what happens next.

What you leave with

What needs fixing. What can wait. What comes next.

A clear set of priorities
you can put to work.

You’ll receive a concise written review covering:

  • The central issue, in plain language
  • The gaps that deserve your attention
  • What to fix first—and why
  • What can wait
  • What to avoid spending money on yet
  • The recommended order of next steps

Sound familiar?

You know the business.
You’re less sure about
the next move.

This is for established businesses that have grown, changed or become more capable—and want their brand and marketing to catch up.

  • You’ve outgrown your website or visual identity.
  • Your offer has expanded and become harder to explain.
  • You want to reach new or more valuable customers.
  • Marketing is happening without a clear direction.
  • You’re considering a rebrand, website or marketing hire.

What’s included

  • Pre-session questionnaire
  • Review of agreed brand and marketing materials
  • Selected competitor review
  • Two-hour working session
  • Written findings and priorities
  • Recommended order of next steps
  • 30-minute follow-up conversation

We’ll agree the materials and competitors before we begin. Customer research, a full marketing strategy, creative development and implementation are separate scopes.

A few things you
might be wondering.

Do I need to know what’s wrong?

No. A specific concern—or simply a sense that your brand and marketing haven’t kept pace—is enough to start the conversation.

Is this a full marketing strategy?

The review identifies priorities and recommends what to tackle next. A detailed marketing strategy or channel plan can follow if that’s what the business needs.

Will you recommend a rebrand?

Only if the review points that way. The answer could be clearer messaging, stronger sales tools, a more focused marketing approach or a smaller brand adjustment.

Do we have to work with Mayd afterwards?

No. You can take the recommendations back to your team, brief another specialist or work with Mayd where there’s a good fit.
